CHALLENGE
Express the unique attributes and values of Noventis Credit Union with brand visuals, key messaging, and tagline.

INSIGHT
Noventis branches are found throughout small communities north of Winnipeg. The brand needed to reflect this unique local identity, and communicate the values of personal attention, local involvement, and a solution-focused approach that were revealed in the research process.

RESULTS
Location played into imagery and the “North of Ordinary” tagline, and the whimsical illustration style and familiar voice were warm and personal. Messaging reflected an optimistic, can-do approach to each client. Following internal rollout, the brand was carried through to external campaign efforts.
