Noventis Credit Union Brand Expression

CHALLENGE
Noventis Credit Union was not looking to update their logo, but needed to complement the existing logo with a more complete visual brand that was memorable and uniquely Noventis, along with establishing key brand messages and creating a tagline.

INSIGHT
Noventis branches are found throughout smaller communities north of Winnipeg. The brand needed to reflect this unique local identity, and communicate the values of personal attention, local involvement, and a solutions-focused approach that were revealed through a separate research process.

RESULTS
Branch locations played into the brand expression imagery and the “North of Ordinary” tagline, and the whimsical illustration style and familiar voice were warm and personal. Messaging reflected an optimistic, can-do approach to each client. Following internal rollout, the brand was carried through to external campaign efforts.
